Welcome Dr. Marguerite (Spierenberg) Cameron
Pug Beer.jpg

CVER and Maritime Quality Milk would like to officially welcome Dr. Marguerite Cameron, one of our newest graduate students at the Atlantic Veterinary College.

Marguerite is researching the “selective use of antibiotics and non-antibiotic teat sealants for dry cow treatment,” as she works towards obtaining her masters.

Marguerite was one of four Masters students awarded $20,000 per year by the PEI Department of Innovation and Advanced Learning.  The department promotes partnerships with private businesses and research institutions by sponsoring grad students through the Island Prosperity Strategy.

Dr. Cameron received her BSc from UPEI in 2001 and her DVM from AVC in 2007. CVER and MQM would like to wish Marguerite the best of luck in her studies.
